We have made a variety of improvements to the JOOR iPad app for easier information access and a cleaner user experience.

What’s New 

Navigation Sidebar

Several small changes have been made to the navigation sidebar without affecting their existing functionality.

• We have added “Last updated” to make it more clear what the dates and times represent.
• Orders has been renamed to Unsynced Orders.
• Reports has been renamed to Orders & Reports.

QR Code

You can now display your public profile QR code right in the iPad app. Simply select My QR code in the navigation sidebar then let any prospective retailers scan on their own device to view your public profile.

Help Center

• You can now access helpful articles on our JOOR Help Center directly from the iPad app.
• Select Help Center from the navigation sidebar to open a page of iPad app Help Center articles in the in-app browser.

NOTE: An internet connection is required to view the Help Center.

Discount

The Discount field on the Cart page has been changed to a text box to make it clearer that this field can be edited from this page as needed.

Order Status Tooltip

Also on the Cart page, we have added a helpful Order Status tooltip offering clear requirements for submitting orders as different statuses.

Checkout Page

We have cleaned up the Checkout page’s look for easier viewing of important order information without affecting functionality.

• Retailer Name now appears on the top left of the page.
• The dividing line between contact information and delivery details has been made more distinct for clearer division of sections.

The top of the page has also been cleaned up to make it clearer that multiple tabs exist for multiple open orders and these tabs can be used to navigate between orders.
