The Sales Detail by Style and Color Report provides a comprehensive overview of buyer feedback and specific requests. This report encompasses all style-related information, including per-order and per-retailer details, style and color comments, and order details such as season codes, order types, and more. Additionally, it measures other values such as order statuses, units sold (including notes), pricing, color codes, and buyer/retailer details.
How to Run a Sales Detail by Style and Color Report
- To access the Classic Order Reports, please log into your JOOR account and hover over Reports.
- Then, click on Classic Order Reports.
- On the ORDER REPORTS page, click on Sales Detail by Style and Color.
- Select the Order Statuses, Filter Options, Report Options, and Custom Tags you wish to report on.
- Please note that the Show Linesheet option will duplicate styles that exist on several linesheets.
- Click Run Report to generate the report.
- Once the report has been run, a summary of the report will be displayed in the top right corner. This will show the total number of style colors, units, and sales, broken down by price type.
- The report will scroll right to show all columns.
- Please scroll right until you see the Style Comment and Color Comment columns. You can easily filter out the styles that have been ordered without comment, and identify which order includes a specific request from the retailer.
Exporting the Report
- To export the report to Excel, click on the "Export" button.
- When exported, the report will appear as a workbook with two tabs: "Report Summary" and "Worksheet."
Report Summary
This tab will display the total number of style colors, units, and sales, broken down by price type.
Worksheet
This is the raw data from the report. It can be used to create additional reports and pivot tables as needed.
