Overview
On JOOR when we refer to SKU we are referring to a Style-Color-Size combination. SKU level pricing allows brands to set different prices per each Style-Color-Size. This article will go over loading SKU level pricing and how to view it on your account. If you have not yet set up SKU data on your account, please reach out to your customer success manager.
Loading SKU Data
To load SKU level pricing you will need to submit a request to our Data Team using the SKU Pricing Template.
- Download the template
- Enter in your style data (be sure that each SKU is entered on its own row)
- Once you have added all your style data, Log into your JOOR account
- Hover over Products > select Upload Data
- Select Request Type: New Linesheet
- Complete the required information
- Select your file
- Review and submit your file
- Our Data Team will process your request within 24-48 hours
Viewing SKU Pricing on the Web
SKU pricing can only be seen when viewing your linesheet on the Catalog page. Our team will load dummy pricing of 0.01 which you can see on the edit style page.
- Log into your JOOR Account
- Go to Orders > Start Order
- Enter a Retailer and any additional filters desired
- Click on Start Order
- Search for your style with SKU Pricing Loaded. You will see a price range instead of a set price.
- To see the pricing breakdown click View and Quantify. Here you will see the price per SKU.
SKU Pricing on Orders
In the cart and order review page you will see the price range and not the pricing breakdown you see on the catalog page.
To get the pricing breakdown per style of a particular order you can utilise JOOR’s basic export by following the steps below:
- Go to Orders > Search for the PO#
- Tick off the order > Select Export Data
- Select Basic Export > Click Export
- Under item_price you will see the SKU pricing breakdown
