Overview
JOOR allows for custom Seasons to be created which can be used to categorise your linesheets and orders. You’ll also be able to filter your reports and orders by these custom seasons, which helps to isolate important data for your records.
How to Create a Custom Season
- Log into your JOOR Account
- Hover over your Settings (Gear icon ), then select Orders Settings.
- Scroll to the Seasons section
- Click + Add Season and enter its name in the box that appears
- Click Save
Note: Viewing and editing Order Settings can be limited by User Permissions.
How to Assign a Season to a Linesheet
- Hover over Products, then click Manage Linesheets.
- Next to the desired linesheet, click on Linesheet Actions button (...) and select Edit.
Legacy Edit Linesheet Page
- Under Name & Delivery Dates click on the Season drop-down to select your the desired season
Linesheet Build Page
- Open Details & Settings and select the desired season from the Season name drop-down.
- Select the Year and Code (optional)
- Click Save
How to Filter Reports by Season
- Navigate to Reports
Legacy Reports
- Select a report you’d like to run (Production is used here)
- In the report pop-up box, select Seasons under Filter By
- Select all the Seasons you’d like to filter your report by and click Run Report
- You’ll see that your report only contains information with your selected season(s) attached
New Reporting Suite
- Open a Sales Summary or a Style Detail report
- Scroll through the report until you locate the Season column
- Click on the filter icon and only tick off the season(s) you wish to filter by
