Overview
To create a new digital linesheet on the web at JOOR, users can upload linesheets through the Data Uploader or create linesheets from styles already loaded in JOOR. This guide will focus on a new linesheet created from styles already on JOOR.
Creating a New Linesheet
- Log into your JOOR Account
- Hover over Products >Manage Linesheets
- Select Create Linesheet
- Or you can also access Create a Line sheet from Products drop-down directly.
Legacy Edit Linesheet Page
- Add required information under Name & Delivery Dates
- Linesheet Name
- Season
- Year

- Choose Delivery Dates
- Immediate Delivery
- Future Delivery (requires Start Ship and Complete Ship Dates)
- You will also have the option to add an Order Cut-Off Date and a Minimum Shipping Window for your linesheets
- Order Cut-Off Date will include a message indicating the cutoff date to place an order for the linesheet
- Minimum Shipping Window determines the number of days required before the start ship date and complete ship date
- Additionally, you can also set your linesheet as a Custom Linesheet
- Custom Linesheets will create a linesheet visible only to the brand user who created it, and to any retailer it is shared with. It will not be visible to any other brand users on the account. Learn more about Custom Linesheets here
- Select whether the linesheet should be Made to Order
- Yes - orders tied to this linesheet will not pull from the inventory
- No - orders tied to this linesheet will pull from inventory. See our inventory guide for instructions on entering inventory quantities
- Select Privacy Settings
- Visible to All
- Visible to Selected Retailers
- Not Visible to Any Retailer

Add Styles to your linesheet
- You can filter styles by season, linesheet, warehouse, and availability
- Click Add under that style or drag and drop style into the grey box on the right.
- You can also ADD ALL STYLES if you want to duplicate a preexisting linesheet (You must filter by the preexisting linesheet to be able to use this option).

Group Styles to organise styles that go well together for ease of appointment
- You can group styles and create headers for these groups by dragging and dropping this field between styles.

- Click Save.
- Your new linesheet can now be found under Manage Linesheets
Note: At least one style must be added to the linesheet to be able create and save it.
Linesheet Build Page
- In the pop-up add the required information
- Linesheet Name
- Season Name

Season Year
- Click Create
- Under Details & Settings add the rest of the linesheet details
- Select wether the linesheet should be Made to Order (Yes or No)
- Choose Delivery Dates (Immediate or Future)
- Set linesheet Visibility (All or Selected Connections)
- Click Save once done
- Click + Add Products to start adding existing styles to the linesheet
- You can search styles by style name, style number, and colour name
- You can filter styles by season, linesheet, badges, category, division, fabrication, inventory availability, silhouette, and product tags.
- Tick off a colour under the style(s) you wish to add
- Click All to add every available colour of the style
- Newly selected styles will include a blue checkbox
- Styles which have already been added to the linesheet will display a greyed out checkbox
- To be able to Select All styles you must first use filters.
- Once done, click Add Products in the top right corner of the pop-up
- Select where the styles should be added
- Top of the page
- Bottom of the page
- Linesheet group (must be created before adding styles)

Group Styles to organise styles that go well together for ease of appointment
- Click + Add Group
- Enter Group name
- Click Create
- Drag & drop group label to the left of the style card (you will see a thin blue line)

- Click Done Editing, once you are done setting up your linesheet
- You will see a Success message in the bottom right corner
- Your new linesheet can now be found under Manage Linesheets
