Overview
If you are no longer working with a retailer or have been connected to the wrong retailer you can always remove the connection.
How to Remove a Connection
- Go to Connections > Manage Connections
- On the bottom right of each connection is a box with an X
- Click on the X to remove a connection
Note: If you don’t see this option, you might not have appropriate permissions. In this case, please contact your account admin.
To confirm if you are connected to the right retailer you can contact JOOR’s support team with your buyer's email and address and we will make sure your buyer has access to the correct retailer account.
