Directions: Your JOOR team will guide you through this checklist to set up an integration between your Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, [ERP Name], and JOOR.
An integration between JOOR and [ERP] will take 4-6 weeks to complete, depending on your team’s development completion and availability to test. Given your targeted go-live date of [DATE], testing should begin no later than [DATE].
- Brand signs and returns the Integration Contract (Timing: ASAP)
- Brand receives Flat File Documentation from JOOR Integrations Manager
- Brand reviews and elects the data points that the ERP can support on JOOR (customers, styles, linesheets, images, inventory, orders)
- Brand meets dedicated JOOR Integrations Manager
- JOOR Integrations Manager sets up and provides testing credentials
(Timing: 0-1 weeks)
- JOOR Integrations Manager creates Sandbox account and provides login credentials to the Brand tester(s) and developer(s)
- Sandbox will be your testing environment on JOOR, accessible at https://sandbox.jooraccess.com
- JOOR Integrations Manager provides Sandbox FTP account credentials
- Brand and JOOR Integrations Manager agree on the flat file format that is to be used
- Brand sends user permissions information and full list of price types
- Brand develops integration (Timing: 2-3 weeks)
- Brand builds the integration and reaches out to JOOR Integrations Manager with any questions
- Brand confirms that a working prototype of the integration is ready for testing
- Brand and JOOR test in JOOR Sandbox (Timing: 1-2 weeks)
- Brand sets up Order Settings on Sandbox account: payment and shipping methods and terms, warehouses, etc.
- JOOR Integrations Manager sets up price types in Sandbox account
- Brand runs through testing scenarios provided by JOOR Integrations Manager
- Brand tests customer integration from ERP to JOOR Sandbox
- Brand tests styles/images/linesheets/inventory integrations from ERP to JOOR Sandbox
- Brand tests order export integration from JOOR Sandbox to ERP
- Testing to be complete by [DATE]
- Brand completes all relevant testing scenarios
- Brand confirms with JOOR Integrations Manager that the testing results were successful and integration is ready for Production
- JOOR and Brand prepare Production account (Timing: 1 week)
- JOOR Customer Success Manager creates Production account and provides login credentials to Brand users
- Your Production account is your live JOOR account, accessible at https://joor.com
- JOOR Integrations Manager provides Production FTP account credentials
- Brand sets up Order Settings on Production account: payment and shipping methods and terms, warehouses, etc.
- JOOR Integrations Manager sets up price types in Production account
- Brand/JOOR Integrations Manager verify that all customer data syncs from ERP to JOOR Production account
- Brand/JOOR Integrations Manager verify that all styles/images/linesheets/inventory data syncs from ERP to JOOR Production account
- Brand user(s) places order(s) and Brand/JOOR Integrations Manager verify that order(s) export from JOOR into ERP
- Brand signs off on completion and confirms sync functions properly (see below for signature).
- JOOR Customer Success Manager creates Production account and provides login credentials to Brand users
