Overview
This article outlines best practices and provides detailed instructions on using the JOOR Go iPad App and its features and functionalities.
Accessing JOOR GO App
- Log into the JOOR Go iPad App by entering your credentials
- Wait for the app to download the necessary web data
- Select a brand you wish to place an order for and click Done
You will land on the Linesheets page for the selected brand where you can view the list of all available linesheets as well as access each linesheet to start a new order and download them for offline use.
Downloading Linesheets
Linesheets can be accessed offline after they have been successfully downloaded from the Linesheets page via the following steps:
- Click on the Download button in the Actions column of the Linesheet page.
- Once the linesheet has been downloaded a green check will appear next to it. The linesheet will then be available in offline mode. The linesheet can be Updated or Removed from iPad at any time.
Starting an Order
- On the Linesheets page click on the linesheet you want to shop from.
- Select a retailer and a price type from the provided dropdown menus.
- Tick off the swatch boxes under the desired styles.
- Click on the Order Review button in the top right corner to proceed.
- Click on one of the Edit buttons in the top right corner to edit the following order information:
- Order Information: Here you can modify the retailer, buyer email, buyer name, sales rep name and price type of your order.
- Shipping/Billing Information: here you can edit shipping/billing information of your order.
- Products and Units: here you can modify the quantity of your styles and apply discounts.
- Order Information: Here you can modify the retailer, buyer email, buyer name, sales rep name and price type of your order.
- Click on the Finish button to complete the order. You will then have the option to Submit Order or Save for later.
Note: Clicking Submit will submit your order, whereas selecting Save for later will save your order on the App as In-Progress.
Catalog Filters
Catalog Filters can be accessed by following these steps:
- Click on Filter Options on the Product Catalog page
- Then the Filer Options slide-out will appear from which you can filter by:
- Categories
- Silhouette
- Division
- Fabrication
- To select a filter click on the down arrow on any of the filter options and then click on the filters you want to select. Once all filters have been selected, click on the Apply button on the bottom of the filter options menu (Selected filters will have a highlighted checkmark next to them).
- Once all filters have been selected, click on the Apply button on the bottom of the filter options menu
Orders Page
The Orders page will display all the orders already available to you on the Web as well as any new orders that were started directly in the app. A search box will allow you to locate your orders by PO#.
Note: Every orders can be opened and reviewed, however only orders that were created and not yet submitted can be edited. Orders previously created on the Web cannot be edited on the app.
The Orders page also offers a couple of Filter Options. Orders can be filtered by Sales Rep and/or Status. Click on the filter name to expand the dropdown. Make sure to click Apply once done.
Profile Page
The Profile Page hosts the Refresh Data and Sign Out options as well as displays additional useful information such as:
- Brand Name and Logo
- Buyer Email
- App Version
Note: Refresh Data option allows you to get the latest data from the Web.
