Ability to Create Notes
This setting determines your Retailer’s ability to create orders on Made to Order = No Linesheets. The setting is defaulted to No meaning Retailers will only be able to complete an order if there is enough stock available.
This setting also affects the Retailer’s ability to edit Notes. If you send a Note to your retailer and there is currently no stock available they will not be able to enter quantity for the style.
If set to Yes, retailers will have the option to save their orders as Notes if stock is not available and will be able to enter quantities into Notes. The order will need to be updated to Pending or Approved on the Brand side.
Allow Retailers to See Available Inventory
There are several different visibility configurations.
- Never - prevents retailers from seeing your Inventory
- Always - allows retailers to see your inventory
- You can set Maximum units, meaning retailers would only be able to see up to your predetermined maximum
- Sometimes - allows you greater control over what your retailers see
- You can select which retailers can see your inventory, if you want to limit access to specific clients only
- You can set both Maximum and Minimum units, meaning retailers would be able to see up to your predetermined maximum, only below your predetermined minimum, or both
Make sure to always click on Save when you have updated your settings.
