Overview
Account users can send and receive messages between their connections. This can be helpful if you want to send a message to all of your connections, or if you don’t have the most up to date contact info for your buyer.
Messages will appear in the brand and retail account under Messages Icon > Inbox or under Messages > Sent. Messages can be viewed by anyone with access to the account. Messages will also be sent to the email address of the main account admin.
How to Check Received Messages
- Go to Messages
- Click on Inbox
How to Reply to a Message
- From the Inbox click on the message you want to reply to
- Type your reply in the Reply box
- Add an optional image (this message will appear in the JOOR inbox, but will not be included in the email to the admin).
- Click Send
How to Send a Message
- Go to Messages
- Click on Send a Message
- Select the option to send to all connections or select connections
Note: If sending to select connections, begin typing account names into the Recipient(s) field, and the dropdown menu will allow you to select the connection and add them to the list of recipients.
