Pro Retail users have multiple options when it comes to updating an order status. This article outlines the steps for each of the available options.
How to Change Order Status from the Workspace List Page on the Web
- Go to the Workspace List Page
- Locate the Status column to view the order’s current status
- Click into the order to be taken to the Overview tab, here you can edit the Workspace Details
- Click in the Workspace Status section to change the status

- Go to the Workspace List Page
- Click on the Workspace where your order is located
- Locate the Status column to view the order’s current status
- Click into the cell to change the status
