Pro Retail - Invite a Brand to JOOR

Overview

Pro Retailers can invite brands to join JOOR by sending them a referral form link. Please reach out to your JOOR CSM if you do not have a referral form link.

Note: The referral form can only be sent by the Pro Retailer working with the Lite Brand.

How to Invite a Brand to JOOR

1. Send your Pro Retailer’s referral form to your Lite Brand
2. The brand needs to fill out all the required information and select their brand name from the dropdown list to complete account registration.
   
   
   
3. If your brand name is missing from the list, please contact retailsupport@joor.com and you will be sent a new link to complete your account registration
4. Fill out your brand details and once the form has been submitted someone from our team will be in touch with any next steps
