Overview
Brands have the ability to create and send notes for you to edit/quantify at a later time. This can be especially useful after an in-person appointment with a brand or showroom. You can log into your JOOR account to view the note, add/remove styles, edit quantities, or delete the note.
Note: Brands can restrict the ability to edit notes or can have restrictions on inventory. If you are unable to edit or quantify a note please reach out to JOOR Support or your Sales Rep for next steps.
How to Edit Your Notes
- Click on Manage Orders
- Locate the Note you wish to edit
- Click into the order
- Click EDIT option in the products summary widget.
Clicking Edit will bring you to the page where you’ll be able to edit the quantities listed on the order, add additional Styles, and remove Styles you no longer wish to order.
- To remove a Style from your Note, click the Remove Style button that appears above the Style
- If you’d like to add additional Styles to your Note, click the Add More Styles button that appears on the top or bottom of the order
- To add a colour click the colors drop down
- To remove a colour click the X
- After you finish making all the edits to your Note, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save & Submit Order to place your order.
Note: After you submit your Note, it will move to Pending status. To make edits to a Pending order you will need to contact your brand rep. Navigate back to the overview page to see the Order status.
Deleting a Note
If there’s a note you no longer wish to place, you have the option to delete the note. To delete the note, you’ll need to click the Edit option in the products summary widget.
Once you’re in the edit section, at the top of the page you’ll see a section with four steps. The fourth step will read “Don’t want to order this?” with a little Delete button at the end.
Click the Delete button if you no longer wish to place that order.
