Overview
This article outlines the most common reasons for orders splitting when submitted via the JOOR for Brands Legacy iPad App as well as detailed steps on how to merge these split orders back into one order again.
Reasons for Order Splitting
Orders created on the JOOR for Brands Legacy iPad App will split for one of two reasons outlined below.
- The order includes multiple linesheets: P.O.s are automatically divided by delivery window, which means styles added from different linesheets will become two separate orders. This can be resolved by merging the orders back into, which we will address in the next section of this article.
- The account has set orders to separate by division: P.O.s will be automatically divided by division, which means styles tied to different divisions will become two or more separate orders. This can be confirmed by navigating to the Web and hovering over the account name at the top right corner of the browser, then clicking on Order Settings. If the Division Options section is set to No, then orders will automatically be split by division.
