Overview
The Appointment Hub is a module housed on the Pro Brand’s Snapshot Dashboard page. It enables Pro Brand users to create market appointments and generate email confirmations for buyers and cc’d sales reps.

How to Create an Appointment?
- Log into your JOOR Account
- Navigate to the Snapshot Dashboard page (click the JOOR icon)
- Scroll down the page and locate the APPOINTMENTS section
- Click on the New Appointment button
- In the Create Appointment pop-up add the following information:
- Retailer (Required): Select an existing connection or add a new Retailer or an Event name
- To: Select available Buyer emails or Add new Buyer emails (comma separated) - The buyer(s) email address is not required, but an email address will need to be entered if you’d like to share the appointment with them
- Cc Rep: Add your brand's sales reps to be CC'ed on the appointment email
- Location: Add a location of your meeting (You can list a screen share link (Zoom, Google Hangout, Mircosoft Teams, etc.) in the location field
- Select a Date (Required): Set a date for your appointment
- Time (Required): Set a time for your appointment
- Share a Linesheet(s): Select Linesheet(s) you wish to share with your buyers (This section is subject to the “Restrict Share Linesheet” permission)
- Appointment Note: Add a note about your appointment (This note is internal only and will not be shared with your buyers).
- Share More Documents: Add third party download links
- Choose whether to notify your buyer(s) about the appointment (at this time, and any time the appointment is edited) by ticking off the box next to Notify retailer about this appointment
- Click Create Appointment once you are done
Note: When an appointment is created, it’ll be set for your local timezone. You can adjust the time of the appointment after it’s been created.
How to Edit, Download & Delete an Appointment?
Once an appointment is created, you can click into the appointment to view the appointment details. From here you can edit appointments, download it to your personal calendar, or delete them.
Getting an Appointment Email Confirmation
An email notification will be sent to the retailer and CC'd buyers about the appointment. The email will include a link to download the appointment to their personal calendar. It will also include a link to the linesheet (if a linesheet was shared).
