Overview
Now that you have learned how to connect with your Brands and shop from their available linesheets, you’re ready to place an order. In this chapter, we’ll step-by-step on how to place an order from your account. We’ll also go over how you can import an excel order template order, and how to export an already placed order.
Placing a Web Order
- Hover over Shop and click Start Order
- Search for the brand the order is for and then click Start Order
- After clicking start order, you'll be brought to the catalog page to begin viewing styles.
Once on the catalog page, you'll be able to search styles by grouping, filters, or by searching for a specific style name or number. There's a wide variety of filters you'll be able to filter by like linesheets, season, delivery window, available inventory, fabrication, and more to find the styles you're looking to order.
After you have located the style you wish to order, click the View and Quantity banner on the style, you’ll be able to add the quantities of the sizes you’d like to order. You’ll also have the ability to add the style to your cart and continue shopping or add and view your cart.
For styles with multiple color options, you’ll be able to select which colors you would like to quantify and add multiple color selections to your order.
Once you have added all the styles you wish to order, you will need to go to your Cart to view your order before checking out. Once inside your Cart, you’ll be able to review all the quantities and styles you selected. You’ll have the ability to remove and/or add more styles. If everything looks good on the order, you can click CHECKOUT.
Also, if you decide not to continue with an order, you can click Cancel Order to delete the order from your Cart.
After you click Checkout, you’ll be directed to the checkout page where you can review your listed shipping and billing information. If you are unable to make an edit to your shipping address you can reach out to the sales rep for assistance. If there is a missing field such as state or country you can reach out to JOOR Support via chat or email to update.
You will need to select a listed Sales Rep, payment/shipping method, and agree to the Brand’s Terms and Conditions. After everything has been selected, you’re ready to submit your order by clicking ‘Save as Notes’ or ‘Pending’ at the bottom of the checkout page.
After your order has been placed, you can view your recently placed order by going to your Orders page.
Ordering from Multiple Linesheets
Now that you have learned how to place an order from your account in the section above, we’ll go over how you can place orders from multiple linesheets and from multiple brands. This will allow you to start an order and then come back to the order at a late date if needed.
Note: Leaving multiple orders in your cart can affect the loading performance of your JOOR account.
When you add styles from multiple linesheets or different brands to your cart, those styles will be automatically split into separate orders based on the linesheet they are ordered from.
When you’re ready to checkout for your multiple orders, when you click CHECKOUT, a box will appear allowing you to select which orders you’d like to checkout for.
