Understanding each Data Template
JOOR - Pro Brand - Linesheet Template
This template allows you to submit your style data to JOOR in bulk and create a new Linesheet or update an existing one. This information should be submitted via the Data Uploader using the New Linesheet task type.
JOOR - Pro Brand - SKU Pricing Linesheet Template
Similar to the above, this template allows you to submit your style data to JOOR in bulk and create a new Linesheet or update an existing one. Use this template if you have upgraded your JOOR Pro Brand account to the SKU Style Pricing Model. Speak to your Customer Success Manager if you are interested in learning more about the SKU Style Pricing Model.
JOOR - Pro Brand - Customer Data Template
The Customer Data Template is used when submitting an Add/Update Connections task type via the Data Uploader. The template has a mix of required and optional fields. If making bulk updates to your connections you may want to consider exporting your connections first.
JOOR - SKU Inventory Template
This template is used for immediately importing inventory data into JOOR. Style numbers, colours, and sizes are required and are case sensitive. Ensure that the information entered here matches exactly how it appears on the style in JOOR.
JOOR - UPC Inventory Template
Use this template to immediately import inventory using only UPC-level information. UPCs should be unique are required.
JOOR - Pro Brand - User Permissions Template
This template is for the Account Admins to set or update user permissions and restrictions according to the user type. Here you can also dictate geographical restrictions to outline territories for sales reps. This template should be emailed to the brand's Customer Success Manager for review and implementation.
Requesting Style Updates
To request updates to existing styles (such as updating information, dropping styles from the linesheet or deleting them from the account) please follow steps outlined below.
- Export the linesheet containing the styles from the account
- Make changes directly onto the exported file
- Return to the Upload Data page, select Style Updates task type and submit your file
Make sure to provide details on how you need your information loaded. You can add a new column to the file for the specific task type (UPDATE, DROP or DELETE), but please DO NOT delete any columns.
