Overview
Customer Sync is a flat-file customer data integration. A Customer Sync integration adds and updates customer connections in your JOOR account directly from your ERP. The customer integration can run as frequently as once every hour. The customer file should be a direct export from your ERP with no manual edits and must be automatically sent to JOOR's FTP server.
Note: All new connections go through a 48-72 hour validation process by our internal data team before they appear on your JOOR account.
Requirements
- There are three acceptable templates for the customer data file
- We offer 2 common formats as file options: CSV and TXT
- The delimiter can be standard (,), pipe (|), semicolon (;), tab, or space - we recommend using pipes (|) as the delimiter
The table below shows all the customer fields you can populate through the integration.
Fields marked with “Y” are required fields. There are fields listed below that must be set up in your JOOR account before pushing them via the integration. Please refer to the ‘Description’ box where applicable. Before testing the integration, make sure you are providing the required and suggested data fields in your customer file.
