Overview
Pro Brands and Lite Retailers using JOOR Pay can log in and download a formatted invoice in PDF format from the Payments Page to email and store it for their records. This is the first version of compliant invoice capabilities. More invoicing features and customisation will be available in future versions.
How to Download an Invoice?
Pro-Brand and Lite Retailer users can sign in to JOOR to download the Invoice PDF by using the Download Invoice button on the Pay tab, under every order.
Once you are on the pay tab of a specific order, click on the Download option on the right corner of the page.
This populates a drop-box that gives you the option to download your order invoice(PDF).
Then click on the Download button, visible at the bottom of the drop-box.
