Overview
Your Admin Dashboard offers at-a-glance information about the activities on your account. It includes a wide range of near real time charts so you can easily see how your business is performing.
User Accounts
When a JOOR Pay application is approved, the main contact on the submitted application will be set as the initial user account in Reach Admin. The following steps show you how to invite additional users and set their permissions.
Inviting New Users
From the Reach Admin

Open the Settings page from the left hand navigation menu.

Enter the email addresses into the Invite New Users text box and click the Invite User(s) button

Review the confirmation message to ensure the invitation was successful. The user will receive an email to create an account.
Accepting the Reach Admin Invitation
The invited user will receive an email invitation notifying them that they have been requested to create an account in the Reach Admin.
From the User’s Inbox

Open the email with subject line Reach Admin Invitation

Follow the included registration link

The user will be guided through the creation of an account, including choosing a username and password.
Account Confirmation
Once the invited user has created their account, the user who sent their invite request will receive an email to let them know that their invitation has been accepted and their account was successfully created.
From the User’s Inbox

Open the email with subject line Reach Admin Invitation Accepted

Take note of the email and username of the newly created account. They will have standard user access by default
