Overview

Pro Brands using JOOR Pay can enable email notifications to automatically:

• Send payment receipts to their retailers
• Receive notifications when a payment is processed successfully through JOOR Pay

Pro Brands can opt-in for JOOR Pay email notifications by enabling notifications and adding the recipients' email addresses. JOOR creates and emails notifications/receipts with transaction details whenever JOOR Pay payments are processed successfully.

• Eliminate manual effort required to create and send payment receipts to retailers
• Save time spent tracking down whether a retailer has paid or not
• Payment email notifications help better manage order fulfillment/shipping

Managing Payment settings

JOOR Pay Brands have the following options to enable and configure email notifications on Payment Settings (Hover over the Gear Icon and navigate to Payment Settings)

Note: users must have the permission "Allow Manage payments" to view the payment settings page

• Invoice settings - Enable the option to ‘show invoices automatically to connected lite retailers’.
• Notification settings - 
  • Enable the option to ‘receive email notifications when a payment has been made by a retailer’ - add an email address.
  • Enable the option to ‘send email notifications with receipt to the buyer email associated with the PO’.

NOTE: Email notifications/receipts generated and sent automatically based on Notification Settings will include the following details.

• Brand Name
• Retailer Name
• Payment Transaction Summary:
  • PO# (Purchase order number)
  • Amount Paid
  • Date
  • Payment Method
  • Remaining Balance for the PO# number
