Overview
Inventory on JOOR is how we keep track of quantities for your listed styles and their warehouses - where inventory pulls from. You can sort your inventory by these warehouses and the availability dates of their styles.
This overview is for non-inventory integrated brand accounts. If your account has an external program that handles inventory, please click here for the basic requirements for an inventory sync.
It’s important to note that each brand sets up its inventory differently and may have a particular workflow. If you have any questions about the best way to edit your inventory, contact your JOOR Customer Success Manager.
Setting Up Your Inventory Warehouses

Order Statuses & Inventory Allocations
When orders are placed on JOOR, only certain order statuses will allocate - or pull from - inventory.
- Order Statuses That Do Not Allocate Inventory - Orders in a Notes or Cancelled status WILL NOT allocate inventory from your selected warehouse.
- Order Statuses That Do Allocate Inventor - Orders in a Pending, Approved, or Shipped status WILL allocate inventory from your selected warehouse.
Setting Up Pre-Book Orders
If you’re looking to set up pre-book orders, which do not pull from inventory until a later date, please reach out to your JOOR Customer Success Manager to learn best practices in setting up this workflow.
