Overview
Placing an order on the JOOR for Brands iPad App is simple and efficient for brand users. Orders can also be placed through the brand's B2B web portal on the JOOR website, which retailers can access for free.
Additionally, if a retailer is unable to log into JOOR, brand users have the option to provide an Excel order form. Once completed by the retailer, the brand user can upload the form into their JOOR account, allowing for seamless tracking and management of all orders on the platform.
How to Download the Order Template?

Log into your JOOR Account

Navigate to the Orders -> Upload excel orders

In the form that pop's-up, Select Create Order Template

In the Create Order Template pop-up - Select a retailer by typing in the name of a connection or check Choose retailer on import

Select a Price Type and Linesheet(s). You can also include a door, an event (not mandatory) and check to include images

Click Download Template. An automatic download of your Excel Order Template will begin with the details you specified in the step 5.
Complete the Order Template

You or your retailer can fill in the quantities for the styles and sizes to be ordered

Save the completed excel order template file on your computer for upload later into JOOR.
Import the Completed Order Template

Return to the Orders

Select Upload Excel Orders again

Then Select Files to upload your file or Drag and Drop Files

Choose the completed order template file you’d like to upload into JOOR

Click Upload
If your file upload is successful you will see a message that will read 'New pending order created'.
If your file upload failed, then you will see an error message. See an example error message image below.
Follow the feedback listed under “Result”, and re-upload the completed Excel order template.
