Overview
With the Actions tool, found on the Orders page, taking bulk actions like changing the order status, editing events, updating order pricing, and resending emails across multiple orders is fast and easy.
Update an Order Status

Log into your JOOR Account

Navigate to the Orders page

Utilise the Search & Filter pane to locate the orders you wish to update

Select the orders by ticking them off (a check mark will appear next to selected orders)

Click the Actions button at the bottom of the page and select the Change Status

Select the status you’d like to update the order to
-
Choose whether to email confirmation to the brand and/or retailer

Click Update
-
Look for the green success indicator in the bottom right corner of your screen, letting you know the orders have been updated
