Overview
All JOOR orders are tied to an event to help you keep track of your sales campaigns. If no custom order Event is selected when you create the order, it will default to JOOR iPad or JOOR Site. You may occasionally want to change the Event for one or more orders, to ensure that you’re accurately tracking when and where those orders were taken.
Besides default events JOOR iPad and JOOR Site, events you can choose from must be created by you as they will be unique to your account. You will only be able to change an order’s Event to an Event that already exists.
This guide will show you how to create an event and then go back into specific orders to change the event noted.
How to Create an Event

Log into your JOOR Account

Click on your brand's name in the top right corner of the page

Select Order Settings in the menu that appears

Scroll down to Section 10. Events (Click on + Add Event to add another event)

Enter an Event Name and Code for that event

Scroll to the bottom of the Order Settings page and click Save
How to Change Events on the Orders Page

Log into your JOOR Account

Navigate to the Orders page

Utilise the Search & Filter pane to locate the orders you wish to update

Select the desired orders

Click Actions in the bottom bar and select Edit Event

Search for or select your event
-
Click Update
-
Look for the green success indicator in the bottom right corner of your screen, letting you know the orders have been updated
