Overview
The Orders page houses your brand’s orders all in one place - no matter the status. Here you can use filters to get a better look at your data and to do bulk order management.
The Search & Filter pane provides robust filtering options, making it easy to search quickly through orders while giving you the ability to apply multiple filters at once.
Filter By Order Status
- Log into your JOOR Account
- Navigate to the Orders page
- At the top of the page, you’ll see a banner that displays each order status and a count of all your orders within that status. You’ll see Notes, Pending, Approved, Shipped, and Cancelled. If the box next to the order status is checked, all the orders within that status will be visible
Note: Notes, Pending, and Approved are checked by default.
Search & Filter
If you’re looking to hunt down a particular PO# or orders for a specific retailer, you can use the search bar.
Filtering by Unassigned Orders
When an order is placed on the JOOR Brand App and a new customer is created during that process, the order is not automatically attached to that retailer. After the order is synced to the web it will need to be assigned to the retailer’s account.
To see all of your unassigned orders under Search & Filter, click the checkbox under the search bar that’s labeled Only Unassigned Orders.
Note: Unassigned orders are denoted by a gold strip next to their checkbox. You can learn how to assign these orders to a retailer here.
Filtering by Sales Rep
If you need to search for orders that were placed by a specific user on your account, you can use the Sales Rep filter to see all orders that were placed by them. When you click the filter a dropdown will appear that will allow you to select from the listed sales rep(s) on your account.
Filtering by Linesheet
Sometimes you may only want to see orders that were placed from a specific linesheet. With the Linesheet filter, you can narrow down your orders by one or more linesheets.
Filtering by Date
Filtering your orders by a single date or date range is also possible under Search & Filter. You’ll have the option to filter your orders by:
- Created date
- Modified date
- Start Ship date
- Complete Ship date
Once you select a date option, you’ll need to select the date range you’d like your orders to filter by. Once you select the date range, you’ll need to click Add Date as Filter under the calendar and then click Apply Filters.
Filtering by Type
If you assign your orders to different Order Types on JOOR, you also have the ability to filter by those.
Filtering by Export Status
Brands that have an order integration between JOOR and an external software are able to filter their orders by Export Status. Depending on your integration, you’ll be able to choose from statuses like Success, Failed, Scheduled, and None.
Filtering by Event
A popular feature on JOOR is having the ability to mark orders for the different Events you attend throughout the year. You’ll be able to filter all your orders by all your listed events.
Note: Click here to learn how to create an event.
Filtering by Division Code
If you sort your styles by different Divisions, you’ll be able to filter all your orders by your those divisions.
Filtering by Created by Retailers
If you’d like to see all the orders initiated by retailers, click the Created by Retailers filter to see all your retailer-created orders.
Note: All retailer-created orders will have a blue ribbon on the left side of the order.
