Resend Order Emails

Overview

With the Actions button on the Orders page, we’ve optimised bulk management. JOOR makes it simple to resend order emails across multiple orders. You can also CC yourself or anyone else on emails you re-send to a retailer.

How to Resend Order Emails

1. Log into your JOOR Account

2. Navigate to the Orders page

3. Utilise the Search & Filter pane to locate the order(s) and tick them off to select

4. Click Actions from the bottom of the page

5. Click Resend Emails

6. Verify customer information

7. Add additional email addresses (optional)

8. Add a personalised message (optional)

9. Select how you’d like the order(s) formatted (optional)

10. Click Send Emails
