Overview
The JOOR for Brands Legacy iPad App has an Add Customer feature that allows you to place an order for a customer that is not yet a connection on JOOR! When the order is synced to the web for a new customer created on the iPad, the order will be uploaded as an unassigned order.
Once you are connected to the client on the web, you can assign their order(s) right from your JOOR account. Click here to learn how to assign a client to an order.
How to Identify an Unassigned Order

Click Orders and in the dropdown click Orders again

If an order has a yellow bar on the left side that indicates the order is unassigned
Note: If you hover your cursor over the yellow line, you’ll get a message saying the order needs to be assigned.
