Adding Custom Conditions of Sale for your Connections

Overview

Conditions of Sale allow you to set custom terms and conditions for your connections. You can set up additional terms under Order Settings and assign them at the connection level.

When Conditions of Sale are assigned to a connection, those terms will appear instead of the Terms & Conditions under the Pricing Types & Conditions of Sale section of Order Settings. Terms and Conditions appear on order confirmation PDFs.

Note: Editing currencies is permission-based. If you don’t have access to something below please reach out to your account admin.

 

Adding Conditions of Sale

  1. Log into your JOOR Account

  2. Navigate to the Order Settings

  3. Scroll down to section 4. CONDITIONS OF SALE

  4. Click +Add Terms and Conditions of Sale

  5. Enter a Name and click Edit Terms and Conditions

  6. Enter your terms

  7. Click Done
    ​
    ​

     

  8. Scroll to the bottom of the page and Save

 

Assigning Conditions of Sale to a Connection

  1. Go to Connections > Manage Connections

  2. Search for the connection > click on the connection

  3. Under Customer Specific Data select Currencies
    ​

     

  4. Under Assign Currency you will see the Price Type Assigned to the Connection and the option to Select Terms.

  5. Select your desired terms and Save
    ​

Note: If the terms read Select Terms then the default Terms and Conditions under Pricing Types & Conditions of Sale section will display.

The terms and conditions will appear at the end of your PO#.
