Overview
There are two methods for setting delivery windows on JOOR, allowing you to tailor the delivery schedules to suit your needs:
Linesheet Delivery Window:
- Each linesheet on JOOR features a section for setting a Delivery window. This window can be configured for immediate or future deliveries.
- For future deliveries, the Linesheet Delivery window can serve as the Order Delivery window, ensuring consistency and planning.

Order Delivery Window:
Both Buyers and Sales Reps can set specific Order Delivery windows, which is particularly useful in several scenarios:
- Placing orders from an immediate linesheet that need to be delivered across multiple dates.
- Managing orders that require long lead times for delivery.
Additionally, Account Admins have enhanced control over delivery window settings:
- They can restrict users from making edits to the delivery window, ensuring that delivery schedules remain consistent and accurate.
- Admins can also enforce that the Order Delivery window aligns with or follows the Linesheet Delivery window, maintaining a logical flow and preventing scheduling conflicts.
These features provide flexibility and control, making it easier to manage deliveries and meet your business needs effectively.
Updating a Single Order Delivery Window
Note: If you don’t have access to edit the Order review page please reach out to your account admin.
- Log into your JOOR Account
- Navigate to Orders > Manage Orders
- Once you are on the Orders page, locate the order you want to update and click on the order to view the Order Review Page.
- On the Order review page, Navigate to the ‘Order details’ widget, and you will see the ‘order delivery window’
- Note: The Order delivery window cannot be edited as this information is pulled from the products in this order.
- The Shipping delivery window is referenced at the top of the order review page.
- Click on the ‘Edit Header info’ option to edit the shipping delivery window dates.
- Once on the edit page, click on the shipping delivery window option to see the calendar dropdown and then edit the dates as per your requirement.
- Save the dates you changed by clicking on the ‘Save header info’ option.
- You will see a pop-up notification confirming that the ‘Order was updated successfully’. At this point you will also notice that the dates have already been altered on your order.
Updating Order Delivery Windows in Bulk
At the moment, there is no bulk action feature available for this request on the Orders page. However, you can easily submit a request to our Data team for assistance.
- Create a list of orders you would like to update including PO#, Linesheet Name, Updated Start Ship Date, and Updated End Ship Date
- Navigate to Products > Upload Data
- Select Request Type: Other
- Provide a brief detailed description of your request and any specifics about the file you are uploading. Upload your file and complete the request by clicking on Next.
- Then add a Due Date to your request.
- Note: These requests typically take 24-48 hours for our Data team to complete. Once submitted you will receive an email with your ticket number. We will follow up with any questions or notify you the task is complete.
- Review the details you have added, then hit Submit.
- Note: Notifications of the data submitted will be shared with the email address that has been used to login into the JOOR account.
