Copy an Order

Overview

You can copy an order via the Actions Tool on the Order List Page. This feature can be used to quickly duplicate the order(s) for a different retailer or an additional door.

Copying Orders

1. Log into your JOOR Account

2. Navigate to the Orders page

3. Utilise the Search & Filter pane to locate the order(s) you wish to copy
   ​

4. Select the order(s) by ticking them off
   ​
   ​

   

    

5. Click the Actions button and select Copy Orders
   ​
   ​

   

    

6. Find and select the retailer you would like to copy this order to (For a quicker search, type in the first few letters of the retailer’s name and select the correct retailer)

7. Click Copy
   ​
   ​

   

The order will then be added to your Cart. You can make changes (if required) and complete the checkout process.
