Overview
Here we’ll go over how to place web orders from your JOOR account.
How to Create a Web Order
Once you’re logged into your JOOR account, hover your cursor over Orders and select Start Order from the drop-down.
A pop-up will then appear where you’ll need to search for the retailer you’d like to start the order for. If the retailer is connected to multiple price types, you’ll need to select which price type the order is for as well. You can enter the warehouse, linesheet, doors, order type, and an event if you’d like. Once you enter in all your parameters, click Start Order.
You’ll then be brought to your catalog page where you can begin ordering your listed styles. To learn more about the Catalog page, please click here.
Once you find the style(s) you like, you have 2 options on how they can be added to your cart:
Product Detail Modal
To access the Product Detail Modal pop-up, click on View and Quantify.
Here, you can view more images of the style and enter the quantities you’d like to order. When selecting quantities for the style, you can choose from listed sizes, casepacks, or place a bulk order.

If you would like to just note the style without adding quantities, tick off the box listed under Price.
Once you’ve entered your desired quantities, click Add To Order.
Style Noting Feature
This feature allows to note styles directly on the catalog page to quickly create orders. Instead of clicking on the style and selecting colours in the quantification grid, you can now select swatches of colours for styles that appear directly on the product card.
To add the noted colours to an order, you will need to click on the Add To Order button that appears at each linesheet header.

Your selected style will then be added to your cart. To view your cart, click the cart icon in the top right corner of your page and View Cart.
In the cart, you can review/edit the quantities, add discounts to a selected style or the order as a whole, add more styles to the order, change the order delivery window, warehouse, door, or add comments.
After reviewing, click Checkout.
Next, you’ll see the shipping and billing page. Here, you’ll enter new or select from existing billing and shipping addresses and select a payment and shipping method. Once done, submit the order as a note, pending, or approved order.
Once you submit your order, you can review it on the Orders page. To view, hover your cursor over Orders, then click Orders.
