We're pleased to announce you can now create fully customisable export templates for your product data. Save time preparing product data for third-party tools through JOOR’s Custom Linesheet Export where you can export whatever product data you want, for whatever needs you have.

What’s New 

Export Templates Page

You will now see a new option called Integration Settings in your account drop down menu, which will lead you to a page where you can create and customize your export templates.

Once on this page, you can create a new template, edit/delete/duplicate an existing template, and enable or disable the template for use.

The linesheet export pop up now has a tab for custom exports, which has all the templates you’ve created.

Customizable Options for Linesheet Export

• Customize export file names to match your desired naming conventions
• Choose a file format that fits the requirements set by your internal systems or 3rd party tools
  • Valid formats are .xls, .xlsx, and .csv. 
• Pick which data points to export and in what sequence to suit your needs:
  • Add/remove data points
  • Add placeholder columns, which will export a blank column
  • Override column names
  • Update column order by dragging and dropping data points
  • Concatenate multiple data points and define the delimiter between them (e.g. Combining columns “Season” and “Year” into one column)  
• Use advanced data transformation upon export to adhere to specific data requirements (e.g. Character Limits): 
  • Truncate
  • Prepend
  • Append
  • Replace
