For our Pro-Brand users, we have added a JOOR Pay Orders tab to the Orders page. The JOOR Pay Orders tab will provide a more comprehensive and customizable view of JOOR Pay orders’ payment status. The JOOR Pay Orders tab is one of many steps toward improving the overall JOOR Pay experience. The purpose of this release is to improve efficiency in requesting and processing payments, allow clients to prioritize orders based on payment status, and more easily access Reach for any payment issues.
JOOR Pay users will be able to access the JOOR Pay Orders tab directly from the Orders page. From this tab Brands will be able to view, sort, and filter JOOR Pay orders by various criteria. They will also be able to export the data, redirect to the Reach Dashboard, and perform the actions of Send Payment Link and Change Order Status for any order shown.
What’s New
JOOR Pay Orders Tab
- The JOOR Pay Orders tab can be reached through the Orders page found under the Orders heading.
- A table appears of all orders for which a payment request was sent OR a partial or full payment was made in JOOR Pay.
Columns
- The orders list appears by default with all columns shown.
- The following columns are included:
- Selection checkboxes
- Retailer
- PO#
- Payment Status
- Request Status
- First Request
- Last Notified
- Last Transaction
- Total Order Amount
- Currency
- Order Status
- Tracking Number
- Sales Rep
- Actions
- Columns can be re-ordered by clicking on and dragging the column header to the desired location.
- All columns (with the exception of the selection checkboxes) can be used to sort the data.
- All columns (with the exception of the selection checkboxes) have an action menu icon that appears when hovering over the column header.
- Clicking this menu icon brings up the following actions::
- Pin Column
- Pin Left
- Pin Right
- No Pin
- Autosize This Column
- Autosize All Columns
- Reset Columns
- Pin Column
- Clicking the “vertical lines” icon within the action menu allows you to include/exclude specific columns.
Search Function
- Entering any text into the Search bar at the top left will filter and show only orders that contain that text.
- The function searches all fields for the entered text. For example, entering “USD” will include the Currency field, effectively showing the orders that have US dollars as their currency.
Order Actions
- Order actions can be accessed in two ways from the JOOR Pay Orders tab.
- Check the box in the selection checkbox column next to one or more orders, then click Actions at the top right.
- Click the ellipsis under the Actions column in the row of the order.
- Send Payment Link will open a popup window with the retailer’s contact information and PO#.
- You can either copy the link directly or send an automated request email.
- Change Order Status will open a popup window allowing you to change the status of the selected order(s) through a dropdown..
- You can also send a notification email to yourself and/or the Retailer notifying them of the change.
Filters
- Clicking the Filters button on the top right brings up the following pre-built filters:
- Retailer
- Payment Status
- Request Status
- First Request
- Last Notified
- Last Transaction
- Retailer, Payment Status, and Request can be filtered by any of the data that appears under those columns.
- First Request, Last Notified, and Last Transaction can be filtered by:
- Current Week
- Current Month
- Last Week
- Last Month
- Custom Range
- Selecting Custom Range will present a calendar popup to select a date range.
Export Table
- The Export Table button at the top right will download a CSV copy of the data table.
Reach Dashboard
- The Reach Dashboard button at the top right will open the Reach Admin Login page in a new browser tab.
- As the third-party payment processor, Reach will have the most detail when it comes to payment errors or declined transactions.
