The Onboarding User Guide is a seven-chapter guide dedicated to exploring the major features and functions for your new JOOR account. This guide is here to help you get onboarded and accustomed to the platform.

Chapter 1: Order Settings
Order Settings allows you to set and adjust parameters for orders placed on your JOOR account. This includes information like Payment Types and Terms, Order Types, Divisions, and Seasons. Other settings in this area may impact what your retailers can see or do with an order on their JOOR account.
Chapter 2: Customer Data
You’ll have the ability to easily upload and connect with your customers to your account. This chapter will go over how you can use the Data Uploader to have JOOR’s Data Team upload and connect you with your buyers.
Chapter 3: Style + Linesheet Data
Not only can you use the Data Uploader to quickly upload your customer data to your account, you can also use the uploader to upload your style and linesheet data. You’ll be able to upload new styles and linesheet to your account, but you’ll be able to update them as well.

Chapter 4: Images
Using the Data Uploader, you’ll be able to easily and quickly upload your product images in bulk to your styles. Making sure your product images are correctly formatted will ensure they are presented in the best quality.
In addition to uploading product images, you’ll have the ability to upload product videos to your styles. Uploading product videos to your styles will enhance the buyers experience by providing them with a better view of how your style(s) will look.

Chapter 5: Brand Profile
After connecting with your buyers and uploading your styles and linesheet, you can now focus on managing your JOOR profile. You’ll have the ability to upload lookbooks, highlight press items, set up a custom URL, and manage the look of your profile.
Chapter 6: User Permissions
Using the permission settings on your account, you’ll be able to set up and edit the permissions for each user that has access to your brand account. Users permissions will allow you to manage your users so you know exactly who is allowed or restricted from editing specific data on your account.
Chapter 7: Payments
You can now send Retailers an invoice which allows them to make payments using several different payment method via JOOR Pay. This will give them the ability to easily make all payments on our platform.
